Here’s another interesting thought to come out in regards to the supposed Marcotte/McEwan/John Edwards “scandal” – the New York Times has a thing against bloggers.

This is the bestest story ever told. Angry Christian-despising feminist posts lurid vulgar rants against an entire religious community for years. Gets offered job by rich white lawyer and immediately drops to her knees. Apologizes for her comments, swears to never do it again, and declares her deep respect for Christian beliefs.
The promise of a little fame and money from a good looking father figure can do wonders to clear up years of indoctrination.
